Activating the speaker icon on the Taskbar

imagine that many people, like me, this used to raise and lower the volume of computer speakers from the icon in the notification area of \u200b\u200bthe taskbar (the area right where the clock), but what happens if the icon disappears?, can we recover?

This problem arose for me Windows 7 and has a simple solution by following these steps:

1. Press the right mouse button on the taskbar (the bar at the bottom of the window)
2. On the menu that appears select "Properties " by clicking the left button
3. opens a window that has multiple tabs, showing the Taskbar tab. Within that tab click the Customize button
4. In the window that appears, in the category of Volume drop-down list select Show icon and notification
5. Press OK to close the configuration windows

In this window (Custom) at the bottom have a link to restore the behavior of the default icons, that exclude stock icons windows as originally installed (this is for the speaker and the rest), but it would be necessary to use it if it works by following the steps I have outlined.
